as i procrastinate the completion of todays homework, i have decided to re-start blogging. i also started a twitter so feel free to stalk me on that as well.

for now i'm off to brave the rain and thunderstorms in the quest of a quarter pounder with cheese. wish me luck.

Movies, Movies, Movies...

Well i thought i would just give ya'll a quick review of some movies i have recently view.

elizabeth the golden age- so disappointed in this one. needed less walter raleigh crap and more babington plot. more spanish armada! less love triangle shit!

the jane austen book club- loved it. loved the book and the movie. makes me want to read every jane austen book.

the kingdom- really good. glad to see jennifer garner kicking ass again.

the fountain- the future parts confused me but the rest was pretty good.

hoping to see across the universe, assassination of jesse james, rendition, and things we lost in the fire sometime this week. (well not all of them but hopefully a couple.)

i really think thats it for now. i'm currently reading love in the time of cholera and hope to move on to atonement by next week. later

hip hip hooray, its flu shot day!

free flu shot day, that is. yes i got a flu shot today. yippee ki yay. ok so thats not the most exciting thing to happen for a person. but i wasn't afraid of the freakin needle.

anyways, not much going on lately. as usual. had a pretty shitty night at the theater last night. some kid puked, i got syrup all over my uniform, spilled pop all down my pants, cut my wrist (on accident) and my co-worker didn't show up so i had to do everything myself. boo on that. but hopefully the weekend there won't be so bad.

went to a spa party over the weekend. made me realize just how much crap there is out there. not buying anything but my mom bought me a lip peal thingy. for the record, i didn't ask her to. went and hung out with anne afterwards. played a little bit of halo 3. well i have just realized that this may in fact be the most boring blog i've ever read. i apologize. i'm off to watch biggest loser and then watch the fountain. i'll let ya know how it is. later.

well not much going on lately. i did get to make the new menu at work. not exciting though. thats what my day consisted of. even though i know some one is going to come along and screw it up. oh well. i got to go home early from work yesterday and i stopped by borders to get some new books. picked up the jane austen book club (since i will most likely not be seeing the movie) and love in the time of cholera (which is oprahs book club selection). now normally i avoid books with that stupid oprah sticker, but since i had wanted to read it before, i went ahead and got it. plus it was easier to find being up front in the store and all. and although that dumb sticker will get some people to read books, (like annie who wouldn't touch my copy of night until i got a new one with the sticker) i have every intention of trying to get the sticker off. hopefully theres no vivid descriptions of cholera in the book. because that is gross. well i'm off to work on some reading and keep my head in the clouds. later.

well i decided it was time for a new blog. i know you're all excited.
